Chelsea isn’t giving up and intends to beat Arsenal for Rice’s signature

It has been suggested that Chelsea will continue to compete with their opponents Arsenal in order to acquire the services of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
The England international has established himself as one of the best players in the Premier League’s midfield over the past few years, and it is almost certain that he will try to make a transfer to a larger team at some point in the near future.
According to Football Transfers, there is a feeling that Chelsea can still move clear of Arsenal in the competition for Rice’s autograph. This would mean that Chelsea would have the upper hand in the race to acquire Rice.
Both teams have put in a lot of effort on this transaction, according to Ben Jacobs, who is quoted in the article as saying that, and that it will be a fascinating collision of personalities as both attempts to convince the player to choose them.
In January, Chelsea and Arsenal were both interested in signing Mykhaylo Mudryk, but the Blues were ultimately successful in their pursuit of Mudryk, so it is perhaps not surprising that Chelsea believes they have a better chance of signing Rice.
