Chelsea defender tells Todd Boehly not to sign Joao Felix

Glen Johnson, a defender for Chelsea, has asked his old team, which is now led by Todd Boehly, to hold off on bringing in Joao Felix on a permanent contract at the end of the current season if it will cost too much money to do so.

Felix is currently playing for Chelsea on loan from Atletico Madrid.

His loan deal with Chelsea will end at the end of this season.

In an interview with Betfred, Johnson said of the player, “He is a very tactically strong player with a good football mind.”But I think Chelsea has more important things to do right now, like building their team and working out their spine.

“Joao Felix is a world-class player who is added to a team as the last piece of the puzzle. At that point, he is at his best.” He should be on a strong team that keeps the ball for most of the game. At the time, Chelsea is not that team.
