After rejecting the Blues for Barca, Chelsea are ready to sign Raphinha for Graham Potter

After it came out that Barcelona will have to trade players this summer, Chelsea is keeping an eye on what’s going on with Raphinha on the Catalan team.
The Blues were almost able to sign Raphinha when he was still playing for Leeds United in the Premier League. However, he chose to sign with Barcelona instead.
Still, the west London club offered about £60 million for the runner, who was playing for Leeds United at the time.
But Barcelona beat Chelsea in the race to sign the Brazilian international star, so Chelsea focused on Raheem Sterling instead.
Raphinha had trouble getting used to life at Camp Nou, but since Ousmane Dembele got hurt, he has become one of the most important players on the team.
Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona, recently said that if the club wants to sign new players this summer, it will also have to let go of some of its current players to make room for the new ones.

And it has been reported by Sport that Chelsea has been made aware of Raphinha’s situation, and the club will reportedly contemplate making an approach to test Barcelona’s determination as they look to strengthen their manager Graham Potter’s offensive options at the conclusion of the current season.
The source went on to say that Raphinha is happy in Spain, but if it becomes clear that he won’t be part of Xavi’s plans for the next season, he will unwillingly return to the Premier League.
