Manchester United and Chelsea target Bundesliga striker who scored 13 goal already

The Daily Mail says that both Chelsea and Manchester United want to get Daichi Kamada, a midfielder for Eintracht Frankfurt.

An English Newspaper says that Borussia Dortmund is by far the favourite to sign the star of the Japanese national team. The report says that the player “verbally” agreed to move to Signal Iduna Park.

Kamada could change his mind, though, and both Manchester United and Chelsea are keeping their fingers crossed. The striker, who has scored 13 goals this season, will be able to leave Frankfurt for free at the end of the year, and foreign teams will be able to talk with him about a pre-contract agreement.

Dortmund, on the other hand, won’t be able to move until June, so the two sides only came to an understanding verbally instead of writing it down. This means that the player could choose to play for another team if he wanted to.

But it’s not clear that United would think of Kamada as a top goal. Bruno Fernandes can play in the middle of the field, but he currently plays the no. 10 spot, which is where he does best.
