Chelsea could sell 22-year-old player who earns more than Mykhailo Mudryk

Many people at Cobham thought that Callum Hudson-Odoi was the best player to come out of the club’s academy, and they were sure that he was the key to the club’s future success.

The 22-year-old is currently on the bench for Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, where Xabi Alonso is trying to help the team do better in the Europa League.

The team’s previous boss, Thomas Tuchel, didn’t seem to believe that the player could be a normal part of the attack, so he looked for other ways to give him playing time.

Most of these were caused by the player’s role as a wing-back, which he said made him feel completely out of place.

Many people, including Chelsea’s owner Todd Boehly, thought that his time playing abroad would help him improve as a player and put him back in the running for spots at Stamford Bridge.

The current manager, Graham Potter, does not have Hudson-Odoi available for the team right now, so it is not clear what he thinks of the player at this time.

Hudson-Odoi needs to be let go

But the Blues shouldn’t keep hoping that he can save them for the next ten years. Instead, they should give up and leave while they still can.

In January, the Blues spent a lot of money to improve the quality of their wingers. Most importantly, they signed young players Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke.

Even though the club spent a lot of money on buying, the salaries were the most important thing. Based on his deal with Chelsea, Hudson-Odoi makes more money than the Ukrainian at the moment.

The England international’s contract is set to end in 2024, and Boehly doesn’t want players on his team who are ready to play out the rest of their contracts.

It’s time for Chelsea fans to stop dreaming and move on to something else, as shown by the fact that his chances at his loan club are not good right now.
