Unai Emery, who is in charge of Aston Villa, recently talked about the many teams that want to win the Europa League this year.
Emery knows a lot about the competition because he has been in charge of teams in it both at Sevilla and, more recently, at Villareal. Emery praised Mourinho, who is the coach of the Roma team.
In a recent interview with La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Emery said, “This year, the Europa League is really good. It’s almost like a small Champions League.” Look at some of the teams that played this year, like Juventus, Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal, Sevilla, and Ajax.
“If I’m being completely honest, I think Juventus could win it this year. They have a lot of drive and can finish what they start.
“Mourinho? Jose is really unique. League, the Europa League, and the Champions League. No matter where he goes, he always does well.
