You’re no longer needed, Real Madrid already have your replacement, leave the club
Guti Hernandez, a legendary midfielder for Real Madrid, told a senior player named Luka Modric that the team no longer needs him. Modric has spent his whole professional career playing for Santiago Bernabeu.
He thinks that the Croatian international should leave this Spanish club because young players like Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham are ready to take his place.
At the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, the 37-year-old midfielder helped Croatia make it to the semifinals.
Luka Modric joined Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur and has been a big part of the club’s success at the Bernabeu Stadium for more than 15 years, helping them win 21 trophies.
Even though he is getting on in years, the Croat has been a mainstay in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting lineup so far this season. He has played in 22 games in all competitions.
Bellingham and Enzo Fernandez are on the list of possible replacements for the top midfielder and pass-finder from Croatia, whose contract runs out in June of this year.

Is Real Madrid getting any renewals?l Guti asked a question on El Chiringuito TV. I think [Karim] Benzema will stick with the group. I have a few concerns about Luka Modric.
“He won’t have his space for the next season. Real Madrid doesn’t need him. Whether Bellingham or another midfielder comes first, he will have to leave at some point.”
