Arsenal news Mudryk – Zinchenko unfollows on Instagram

Mykhaylo Mudryk had been wanted by the Gunners for a long time, but Chelsea, another London team bought him in one night.

Mykhaylo Mudryk, a striker for Shakhtar Donetsk, has been officially signed by Chelsea. The transfer fee, including any add-ons, is likely to be around ÂŁ88 million. In the last six months, there has been a lot of talk about the 22-year-old youngster moving to Arsenal. However, he will be playing for Chelsea.

Mudryk will sign an eight-and-a-half-year contract with Chelsea after reaching a deal that calls for an initial payment of 62 million pounds and additional payments of 26 million pounds. The Ukrainian is the fifth new player to join the team this month. He joins Joao Felix, Andrey Santos, Benoit Badiashile, and David Datro Fofana.

The winger said, “I’m so excited to join Chelsea,” to show how happy he was. “At this point in my career, I’m very interested in joining such a big club that plays in a strong league. I can’t wait to meet the other people on my new team and work with Graham Potter and the rest of his staff.”

Mudryk’s move to Stamford Bridge has completely changed Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s plans for the month of January. This is because the Gunners spent most of the transfer window talking with Shakhtar. Edu, the technical director, had made getting the striker his top priority in order to give Arteta’s team more effective ways to attack.

Arsenal reportedly tried twice to fill Shakhtar’s striker spot, but they couldn’t pay what the club wanted for Mykhaylo. After a few hours, rumours started to spread that Chelsea had reached a deal with the Ukrainian club and would announce the attacker’s arrival during their Premier League game against Crystal Palace.

Oleksandr is a player who would have been happy to hear that Mykhaylo had moved to the Emirates Stadium. When the left-back was on the Ukraine national team with the forward, the left-back’s wife did an interview with Mudryk. During the interview, Mudryk made several hints that he might move to Arsenal.

Before the game, there was a lot of doubt because Zinchenko seemed to have stopped following his Ukraine teammate on Instagram after the move. On Zinchenko’s page, the now-Chelsea player was no longer listed among the accounts he had followed.

On the other hand, Zinchenko had a great game as the Gunners beat Tottenham 2-0 in north London on Sunday night. He didn’t show any signs of disappointment. The 26-year-old defender kept Dejan Kulusevski quiet the whole game. This was one of many great games that Arteta’s team played against rivals from the same area.
