Arsenal reportedly wants to sign Eden Hazard

There are rumours that Arsenal is thinking about making a surprise offer for Real Madrid player Eden Hazard. Arsene Wenger has said that Hazard is a “great” player in the past.

Mikel Arteta seems to be putting a high priority on a deal for Mykhailo Mudryk right now since the Gunners want to improve their attacking options.

Joao Felix, a star player for Atletico Madrid who is said to be on the verge of leaving the Spanish club, has been linked to the Emirates Stadium. On the other hand, Arsenal has been linked to a deal for Madrid player Eden Hazard, who is also a good player.

Media Foot says that the Gunners have already talked to Madrid about a possible move in January.

Arsene Wenger on Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard’s time at Real Madrid has had its ups and downs since he moved there for a lot of money in 2019. The Belgian winger has been hurt a lot in the past, and it has been hard for him to become a regular starter in Spain.

Wenger was very impressed with how creative he was just a few months after he joined one of the top teams in La Liga. When asked about who could replace Ronaldo in October 2019, Wenger told beIN SPORTS, “He will be the answer, but not for replacing Ronaldo, that is for sure.”

“Eden Hazard is a great player because he can make chances and sometimes finish them when it’s important in important games. He can do this because he can take responsibility for his play. He is not scared of anyone or anything.

“Do you know what I mean? I don’t think the people of Madrid have seen the real Eden Hazard yet. He doesn’t seem to be in as good of shape as he might be, so I think they’ll figure out who the real Hazard is eventually.

But the way he plays the game makes it unlikely that he will ever score fifty goals in a single season. He will provide assistance at all times.

Hazard’s big drop in performance may be due to his injuries, but he has also done poorly in La Liga. People used to say that the 32-year-old was “unplayable” in the Premier League, but it looks like he is nearing the end of his time playing at the highest level.

This kind of player would not help Arsenal in any way, especially since Arteta is now putting together an exciting young team.
