Neymar makes an announcement after Brazil’s terrible performance at the World Cup

Neymar, a striker for Paris Saint-Germain, said something shocking about his future soon after Brazil lost in the quarterfinals of the World Cup.

Neymar scored the first goal in extra time. He now has 77 goals for the team, which makes him tied with Pélé for the most goals ever scored by a Brazilian.  Both of these players are tied for the honour of being the player with the most goals in Selecao history, which is a good thing.

On this particular Friday, though, the Paris Saint-Germain striker had something else on his mind. In an interview with Brazilian TV, the partner of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé, who was seen crying at the end of the penalty shootout, said that this latest international failure would be the end of his international career.

“Is this the last World Cup I’ll go to? I really don’t know. It wouldn’t be a good idea to talk right now because I’m still angry and my mind isn’t clear. It’s too soon to say that everything is over. But I also can’t promise anything”, The 30-year-old Brazilian who plays for the Selecao made a comment before sending a message to Selecao fans.

Neymar was very upset when Brazil was kicked out of the competition

Even though Neymar scored a great goal, Brazil was still eliminated from the World Cup on Friday by Croatia. At the end of the meeting, Neymar wanted to take a moment to thank the Brazilian fans for their support during the World Cup.

“I feel like I’m in a nightmare, and I can’t believe what’s going on. This loss will hurt a lot for a long time. I’d like to thank the Brazilian fans for all the love, support, and respect they’ve shown me. Since it’s football, things will happen. Now is the time to go home, cry, and give up.
