Arsenal’s Lacazette returns back to his former club
After five years away in England, Alexandre Lacazet eventually makes his way back to Lyon. The striker, who is now 31, has extended his contract with the French club through the year 2025. This is the first significant accomplishment that Olympique Lyon has had. After playing 206 games for Arsenal, the Frenchman was given his release and is now playing for french club Olympique.

During this time period, the names of a few streets were changed so that they would honor Lacazette. When Alexandre Lacazette was signed by OL, there was a genuine feeling of joy and excitement among the fans.
