Paris SG is prepared to go to any length to overtake Bayern Munich in the negotiations for Liverpool winger Sadio Mane.
PSG’s Interest in Sadio Mane
PSG wants to make big improvements in the next transfer window, and a number of options have been discussed. The Senegalese winger’s contract with Liverpool expires in 2023 but since he wants to leave Liverpool this summer then there could be a bargain in this transfer window. The English side has set his transfer to be worth 40 million euros, which is not a problem for the Parisians. Despite Bayern’s lead in Mane’s pursuit, Bild reports that PSG wants to overtake Bayern Munich by providing the 29-year-old striker a better contract. Sadio Mane is said to be attentive to PSG’s interests, according to German media. After a time with FC Metz, the Senegalese international might enjoy a second tenure in France with another club.
A new striker at PSG
Sadio Mane’s arrival at Paris Saint-Germain could alter the attacking order. Because the Liverpool player will sign a deal that guarantees him playing time, one of the three PSG forwards, Lionel Messi, Neymar, or Kylian Mbappe, will see his playing time decreased.
