Luis Campos rejects Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba, who has long been Leonardo’s top priority, may eventually be snubbed by Paris Saint-Germain. According to L’Équipe on Tuesday, the Manchester United midfielder is not in Luis Campos’ plans as Paris Saint German’s future sporting director. The French man, though, became the preferred choice for licensee Leonardo when he would become free on June 30 at the expiration of his contract with Manchester United.

Sky Sports corroborated the report, stating that the new French champion would distance himself from the Paul Pogba case. According to the same source, however, the Parisians will now be less active in his pursuit than Juventus, who may certainly take advantage of the situation to get back their former player.
Juventus is vying for Paul Pogba
While PSG appears to be almost out of the pursuit, Juventus have emerged as Paul Pogba’s only real pursuer, despite his strong Premier League position. According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, negotiations between the 2018 World Cup champion and Juventus are far advanced, with only minor details to be worked out before the three-year contract arrangement that would end on June 2025.
Pep Guardiola has not given up on Paul Pogba, according to the latest reports, and Manchester City is planning a strong effort to rebuild the 29-year-old midfielder. Following the cancellation of signing Ousmane Dembele, PSG may decide not to sign Paul Pogba this summer.
